Almost There!
We sail away one week from today! Our wedding coordinator called last week to give us our times and locations for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony will be held in the Gallery at 1:30 p.m. island time (12:30 p.m. ship time), and then the reception will be in the Blue's Bar at 2 p.m. (1 p.m. ship time). We're getting so close! I can't wait to see everyone later this week!

Excursions!
We've booked our excursions!
In Grand Cayman we booked "Best of Grand Cayman by Amphibious Bus & Snorkeling". The bus will take us on a tour of George Town on land and then into the water for a snorkeling stop in a marine park. This trip is $49.99 per person and lasts for 2 hours. We booked the 11am departure time, which will allow us to sleep in a little and still give us time to explore a little before we have to be back on the boat.
For Cancun we booked "Mayan Ruins of Tulum". We were having a hard time deciding between this one and the other ruins trip to Coba, but Coba is no longer available. This trip will be 7 hours long and costs $95.99 per person. We'll take a ferry to the mainland, and then a bus to the site of the ruins. Once we get to Tulum, there will be a guided tour of the ruins as well as time to explore on our own.
Everyone is more than welcome to book whatever side trips they would like, but we just want to share what we have planned so that anyone who would like to join us can. Also remember not to book any excursions for Montego Bay because that is wedding day!

Flight/Hotel info
Hello All! I just wanted to update everyone with our travel information to and from New Orleans. We booked our flight and hotel a couple weeks ago, which crossed one of the bigger things off our to-do list. We will be flying into New Orleans on Friday the 7th in the morning and we will be staying at the Sheraton in the French Quarter. We're hoping to visit the WWII museum, explore the French Quarter, party on Bourbon Street, and eat some beignets while we're there.
Hopefully there will be more to update since the two month mark is sneaking up on us! If anyone has questions about the wedding or the cruise let us know!

Welcome!
Welcome to our wedding website and blog! Since we decided to go in a bit of a non-traditional direction with our wedding, I created this site as a way for us to keep in touch with everyone about updates or to answer any questions our guests may have. The festivities link to the side of the page will have all of the cruise information and we will be updating that page as we book all of our activities.
So what else can you expect from this blog? I will post updates as we progress with our wedding planning and as showers are planned I will post details here as well. If there's anything you want to hear more about please leave a comment or send me an email!
Currently on the wedding to-do list:
Send out invites (they're at the printer so be expecting them in a few weeks!)
Find shoes and jewelry for me
Pick out a suit for Joshua
Collect brooches to make my bouquet
